How do I track my order?
Tracking will be provided with the 2nd confirmation email. That email will be sent once order has processed and payment has been completed
What are your delivery options?
At the moment we only offer standard shipping. Pre-orders take 2-3 weeks.
How do I return an item?
To start the return process please contact us at hercrownboutique@gmail.com or refer to the return policy.
Do you provide International delivery?
No we don't at the moment.
What is your returns policy?
We allow all customer 14 days to do a return (from the day the item(s) are purchased). Once the 14 days has expired, unfortunately we can’t honor your return. We only offer refunds via exchange of equal or same value.
To be eligible for a return store credit, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and damaged free. Personal taste is not a considerable accepting return reason. For protection of the customer, postal service and Her Crown Boutique; we take and upload pictures of our items prior to shipping for conditional reasons.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, under garments, swim wear, leggings, tights, makeup, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you can't find or didn't relieved or the receipt is not readable or has become damaged; no worries. Please check your email and print out another. If you can't find the email, feel free to email us and we will email you a copy.
